ClearTrace provides personal data removal and monitoring from third‑party data brokers and people‑search sites (“Services”). We cannot guarantee removal from every site or that removed data will not reappear.

Use of the Services

• You must provide accurate information so we can verify and process removals.
• You will use the Services only for yourself or with proper authorization for others.
• You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Refunds and guarantees

Where offered, refunds or guarantees are described on the Pricing page. Otherwise, the Services are provided “as is.”

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearTrace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
